Recruitment Marketing Public

Your initial view upon accessing the Recruitment Marketing presents key analytics in graphs, funnels, and tables. This includes total visitors to your career site, jobs, and landing pages; application starts and, with ATS integration, completions, successes, and hires; landing page, blog, and video views with associated application outcomes; total and top searches; top jobs and blog posts; job alerts performance; and top traffic sources. This data reflects all activity since account creation and refreshes hourly. Detailed reports are available in the top or side menus.

Home dashboard

The home dashboard is presented when signed in.

There are 7 main components presented on the dashboard.

Each number in the table below will correspond to an area of the dashboard in the screenshot above. The screenshot is an expanded version of each section.

Number Area Description
1 Side Menu Clicking on hamburger menu icon.png (hamburger menu icon) will display a list of all features within the system.
2 Easy access to key areas of the system

These are shortcuts to accessing key areas of the system from the home page.

  • Web Pages: Access your recruitment marketing campaign and items related to your web page.
  • Candidates: Click this tab to access the CRM and view all candidates.
  • Lists: Lists are candidate data “reports” you can create in recruitment marketing.
  • Emails: View all email types and % Delivered, Opened, and Clicked for each mail.
  • Jobs: View all jobs.
  • Reports: View all candidate metrics and analytics.

Favourite Projects

Similar to LinkedIn projects, this feature supports recruiters in building talent pipelines for proactive recruitment. Any favourite projects by the user will be displayed on their dashboard.

User Account

  • Company: Companies that you have been granted access to will be displayed.
  • Knowledge portal: Access the knowledge base here.
  • Community feedback portal: Add your ideas and vote on other ideas raised by customers here.
  • What's new: See what we're working on and new releases here.
  • Logout: Click to log out of your session.
5 Dashboard customisation Dashboard analytics can be customised by clicking on the "Customise" button and toggling on/off the displayed list of reports.
6 Announcement Key announcements/updates related to the recruitment marketing system.

Candidate Reminders

Candidate reminders (calls, emails, feedback, follow-ups, and interviews) can be assigned to a candidate profile. Any reminders assigned to you will appear on the dashboard.

User Role and Access

The permission to access groups of features across the recruitment marketing system is determined by the role assigned to the user.

A user can have more than one role, in order for them to access various parts of the system, they need to be assigned the relevant role.

The organisational admin manages this access by assigning and adjusting user roles as needed, ensuring each user has the appropriate level of access.

Click on the side menu (hamburger menu) icon in the top left hand corner to view the full list of features available to an organisation admin.

Note: The features listed below can vary in visibility depending on the user’s assigned role.

Organisation

Feature Description
Settings Click to edit the organisation name and access enterprise security. See Enterprise security for more information. 
Companies Click to select the company to manage within your organisation.
User Management

Roles can be assigned to users that will determine the areas of the system they have access to. Users can be allocated with more than 1 role if required. (Providing greater visibility of the system)

Themes

A theme determines the look and feel of your career site. (E.g Branding, font colours, header and footer)

User Audit Logs

Click to view records of user activity. See Enterprise security for more information. 

The "Organisation" category is accessible only to users with the "Organisation Admin" role. While Organisation Admins have visibility of all system features as below, the availability of the features below may vary based on the user’s assigned role.

Content

This area refers to the "content management" of the Recruitment Marketing system.

Feature Description
Web Pages

Manage campaigns, web pages, images library, videos, blogs, call to action, FAQ, carousels and widgets.

Career Website Click to manage website settings, job routing, blog post routing and job search page configuration.
Calls-To-Action Click to manage Call-to-Actions.
Jobs Click to view a list of active jobs with options to save favourites as bookmarks and access archived jobs.
Blogs Click to manage the Blogs within Web Pages.
QR Codes Click to generate QR codes for referrals, events, and advertisements for jobs.

CRM

This area refers to the "CRM & Automation" of the Recruitment Marketing system.

Candidates Click to view a list of all candidates and access their details.
Inbox Click to display your inbox featuring messaging sent and received.
Projects Manage a pipeline of candidates.
Lists Click to view all system, smart and static lists.
Emails Click to manage emails of various types, including those in draft, sent and archived.
Chat Messages Click to view SMS used in campaigns and workflows.
Workflows Click to manage workflows.
Import Click to map fields to match a CSV, JSON file to import.
Exports Exporting candidate data.
Referrals Click to view employee referral information.

Recruitment Events

These are features to support recruiters in capturing candidate details into the Recruitment Marketing system. Perfect for recruitment events or career fairs that require the use of a laptop or tablet device.

Feature Description
Events Click to manage events which are required to then be able to use the kiosk app.
IOS Kiosk App

Click to open a new tab with the Apple Store page for "Clinch Capture". 

Opening the App will prompt you to register your device. This lets you input candidate information on your device (often used for recruitment events).

Web Kiosk Click to configure Kiosk Mode.

Reports & Logs

Feature Description
Reports Click to access all metrics and analytics relating to Candidates, Pages, Jobs, Blogs, Videos, Traffic, Search, Workflow, Emails, and SMS Chat. Filter by date range. See Recruitment Marketing Reports for more information.
Virus Logs Any files that get added to the system or by a candidate are scanned for viruses. The system deletes the document if suspected of being a virus.
