Recruitment Marketing Public
Recruitment Marketing reports offer valuable insights for making key business decisions, for example, they can reveal the demographics of your candidate pool to measuring the effectiveness of your page content.
There are two ways to access reports:
- From the Home Dashboard, click the "Reports" tab.
- From the side menu, under Reports & Logs, click "Reports".
For each reporting tab, there are filters which enable you to refine your search using the parameters set for each Report tab that you are on. This allows you to report on specific criteria within a Report category.
Reporting data and functionality:
- Report data will refresh after 5 minutes.
- Certain reports in table format have the option to be exported to CSV.
- Certain reports provide you with the ability to generate a report in the system using filters to help you refine your results further. For example, looking at the Jobs tab, for Top Jobs, you can click "View All" to filter on vacancies and depending on what has been flowed over to Recruitment Marketing from your ATS (via your ATS integration), it will display the results based on what you filter.
- Building a custom report within the platform is not supported.
- Reports can not be scheduled.
