Recruitment Marketing Public
Users can automate job distribution across multiple job boards, including Indeed, SimplyHired, Glassdoor, and others. While it is the popular option for most clients to turn on all boards for all jobs, sometimes, their needs may be a little more nuanced.
For example, perhaps you'd like to share only Engineering jobs with one particular board, and all non-engineering jobs with the other job boards. With Recruitment Marketing, this filtered distribution is possible.
- From the side menu, under Integrations, click Feeds.
- On the Feeds screen, Free Jobs Boards and Paid Jobs Boards each display with:
- The number of # Jobs Live that reflects the number of jobs in the system that are being pushed out to each specific channel.
- An Enabled icon that is green when the feed is enabled.
- An Edit icon to click to be able to make changes to the Generic Feed:
-
Criteria - to be able to define which jobs the system should filter to the generic feed of that channel, for example: department = engineering
For more information, refer to Campaign job criteria. - Company name strategy.
- Enabled check box to enable the feed.

- A Copy icon to click to copy the feed URL for the company
- A New button to add a new feed for job distribution.
- Click the Save button to keep any changes.
On returning to the Feeds screen, you will see that with the criteria in place, the number of jobs pushing to the edited channel has now been updated.
Adding a new feed
It is possible to create multiple Clinch Generic Feeds, but only one of each of the other types of feed can be made.
- From the side menu, under Integrations, click Feeds.
- On the Feeds screen, click New.
- Select the type of feed you wish to create.
- Click Save.
- You will now be on the Edit page for the feed and will be able to make changes to the Feed:

Adding custom parameters to the job feed URLs
If you'd like to add arbitrary query parameters to the job URL, you can do so by clicking on the param(s) link in the feed row.
This will open a new section where you can add, edit, or delete custom parameters.
These parameters will then be appended to each job URL in the feed.
Filtering by ATS
If you are in a system with more than one ATS integration, the situation may arise where you wish to push jobs from one integration to some feeds but not all. Contact PageUp if this is required.
