Recruitment Marketing Public
CRM Exporter
As a CRM Exporter, you will have the ability to bulk export all candidate data or a tailored list of candidates within Recruitment Marketing.
This role alone does not grant access to the system.
Note:
To be given the ability to export candidate data, the user must also have the Recruiter or Company Admin role.
You will notice that if you just have the role of Recruiter and go to the candidate lists, these actions will not appear unless the user also has the role of CRM Exporter.
Access
The role of a CRM exporter is to allow a user to export in the candidate grid as per the screenshot below.
CSV Export of Candidate Data
It's easy to create custom exports based on candidate data in CSV format. The below export candidates process will export whatever rows are shown in the grid. This means if a filter is applied to the grid, the export process will take that filter into account.
- A list may need to be created to create a report of the list of candidates you want to export. See Creating a list for more information.
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Lists.
- Click the name of the relevant list.
- From the top right side, click the Actions button.
- To export an existing list in its entirety, continue to the next step. Alternatively to include or exclude columns in the export process, click on the Columns link on the right side of the grid, and show/hide columns as needed.
- From the top right side, click the Actions button.
- From the drop-down, click either:
- Export All Candidates CSV (regular)
- Export All Candidates CSV (spreadsheet compatible)
- A brief message displays:
Exporting candidates to CSV. View progress here. Click the link to open a new tab to view the progress and Candidate Exports history. - Once complete, the Status will update to be Processed and the Download icon will display alongside the record. Click the Download icon and follow the browser's prompts to access the file.
Exported records can also be accessed from the side menu, under CRM by clicking "Exports".
