Organisation Admin
As an Organisation Admin, you will be the system account administrator. You will have access to all data and functions. Organisation Admins can manage the companies within an organisation within the system and can assign roles to other users.
Please refer to each role to view more information on the permissions applicable.
Multi Company Structure
Recruitment Marketing has the capability to manage multiple entities within a single organisation or account. By default, these entities are referred to as "companies," while the overarching account is referred to as the "organisation."
Examples of how this can be used:
- A parent company can manage multiple subsidiary companies under one account.
- External careers sites and internal careers sites can be managed as companies under one organisation.
- Headquarters of the organisation and companies are configured as different branch regions.
The first thing you would need to do is select the company you are sitting in. You can switch between "companies", where each will display content and settings for managing the company you are in.
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- The drop-down will display the companies configured.
- Click on the company you want to manage. The
icon will indicate which company you are currently in.
Example of how companies can be set up as per the screenshot below.
Note:
Additional companies/sites incur additional costs - please reach out to your PageUp/Clinch representative for further assistance. An Organisation Admin can determine which "company" a user has access to see/manage in User Management.

User Role and Access
The permission to access groups of features across the recruitment marketing system is determined by the role assigned to the user.
A user can have more than one role, in order for them to access various parts of the system, they need to be assigned the relevant role.
The organisational admin manages this access by assigning and adjusting user roles as needed, ensuring each user has the appropriate level of access.
For more information, refer to Recruitment Marketing New User Guide: Getting Started.
