Device Manager
Recruitment Marketing allows candidate information to be captured on a mobile device and uploaded into the system via a mobile application. Recruiters can take pictures of candidate resumes, which can sync from mobile to the system. This is enabled by registering the mobile device within Recruitment Marketing.
The application used to capture candidate information is called "Capture". See Adding candidates on the Capture App for more information.
The Device Manager role has access to the Devices feature in the system, where all registered devices—both active and inactive—can be viewed; they can also register new devices or delete registered devices via this feature.
Deleting a registered device in the system will prevent candidates from being entered into the system from that device.
Registering a new devices
- From the side menu, under Company, click Devices.
- Click the New button.
- A QR code will display. Click on the App Store button.
- The app store will display as per the screenshot below.
- After you have downloaded the application, click on the register button in the application.
- Scan the QR code page, the device will then be registered.
