As a Recruiter, you will have access to various functions and relevant data within the platform to manage candidates and jobs.
For organisations with an integrated recruitment marketing and ATS/recruitment system, proactive recruitment—especially headhunting—involves identifying critical talent needs, building and managing a pipeline of high-potential candidates, and leveraging the recruitment marketing platform for targeted sourcing. This includes using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (LinkedIn integration) to engage passive candidates.
Recruitment Marketing helps Recruiters turn top talent into interested applicants by building strong, long-term relationships and showcasing the organisation as a great place to work.
The Recruiter role has access to the following menu items in the system.
