When working with candidates within the Candidate CRM search functionality, it is possible to save time by performing certain actions on multiple candidates in a single activity.
Selecting candidates
In addition to selecting candidates individually by clicking the checkbox at the left hand side of the row, it is also possible to select either the whole page of currently displayed candidates, or alternatively, you can select all candidates across all the pages.
Selecting all candidates on the current page
To select all candidates on the current page, select the checkbox which is situated to the left of the sub-menu of bulk actions:
You will receive a message to confirm the selection has been successfully made.
You can deselect individual candidates on that page by clicking the checkbox to the left hand side of their row within the result table.
Clicking the checkbox again will deselect the entire page.
Selecting all candidates across all pages
To select all the candidates currently included in the search result across all of the pages, click the down arrow to reveal the sub-menu, and click Select All.
You will receive a message to confirm the selection has been successfully made.
