Recruitment Marketing Public
If a candidate is no longer required in Recruitment Marketing, they can be archived. This is often the case with candidates who are used during test phases.
Impact
A candidate who has been archived will be removed from:
- Any static lists they are a member of
- Any smart lists
- Any job pipelines
- Any search query results.
Archived candidates will be visible from the system-created Archived Candidates list.
Archiving candidates
A candidate can be archived from either of these drop-down menus:
Via a candidate list
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Candidates. Alternatively, under CRM, click Lists, then click the relevant list.
- Use the search options to find the relevant candidate.
- Next to the candidate's name(s), select the checkbox.
- In the Actions bar, click on Archive
- At the confirmation prompt, click the OK button. Alternatively, click the Cancel button to keep the candidate active.
Via a candidate profile
The drop-down menu on any candidate profile:
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Candidates.
- Use the search options to find the relevant candidate.
- Click the candidate's name to open their profile.
- Next to their name, click the Actions (ellipses) icon, then select Archive.
- At the confirmation prompt, click the OK button. Alternatively, click the Cancel button to keep the candidate active.
Unarchiving candidates
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Lists.
- Click the System Lists tab.
- Click Archived Candidates.
- Click the candidate's name to open their profile.
- Next to their name, click the Actions (ellipses) icon, then select Unarchive.
- At the confirmation prompt, click the OK button. Alternatively, click the Cancel button to keep the candidate inactive.
