Job analytics provide key insights into your Recruitment Marketing website's performance. They show the conversion rate from visitors to hires and track candidates referred through referral programs. You can see which job pages attract the most interest and view job activity by day and time to optimize posting schedules. These insights help you understand candidate behavior, improve the candidate experience, and boost recruitment results.
To access:
- From the side menu, under Reports & Logs, click Reports.
- Click on the Jobs tab to view relevant data.
Job Conversion
This section displays information about visitors who initially viewed a particular page and subsequently proceeded to begin an application, right through to being hired. It provides insights into the user journey, highlighting those who moved from simply browsing to actively engaging by starting the application process. This data can be valuable for understanding visitor behavior and assessing the effectiveness of the page in encouraging users to take the next step.
Referrals Conversion
This section presents detailed information regarding the progression of candidates through the recruitment process. It tracks the number of individuals who were initially referred to a job opportunity, those who subsequently began an application, and finally, those who were successfully hired. This overview gives useful insights into how well the referral program is working, helping to understand candidate engagement and conversion rates.
Top Jobs by Stage
This section provides the top 5 best-performing jobs for your company. Each job is represented by a bar containing 4 segments. The segments detail:
- How many unknown candidates viewed the job page.
- How many known candidates viewed the job.
- How many started an application by populating an apply CTA (excludes those who completed the application).
- How many completed an application by successfully submitting their application to the ATS.
To view details for all jobs, click View All.
You can switch between the infographics by clicking on the relevant legends below the graph, and hover your mouse over the graphs to see more details.
Top Jobs
This section represents similar information to the Top Jobs by Stage chart, but has two additional columns: conversion rate and drop-off rate.
- Page Visits: The total number of page requests that were served. This includes all requests by tracked/untracked candidates, search engine crawlers, and any other kind of bot that was not automatically blocked.
- Visitors: The number of (known and unknown) candidates who viewed a job.
- Started Application: The number of candidates who viewed a job and later started an application.
- Completed Application: The number of candidates who viewed a job and later completed an application.
- Candidates: The number of candidates who viewed a job, then completed a job application, and went on to become a successful candidate.
- Hired: The number of candidates who viewed a job, then completed a job application, and were later hired.
There are trends beside each number showing an increase/decrease in the column value, as seen in the screenshot below. By default, this is based on a comparison of all data to present with all data up to the previous month. This comparison default can be changed at the top of the page.
To view details for these jobs, click View All.
Visitor Performance
This chart presents the number of visitors (both known and unknown) who have visited job pages within the specified time frame. The pie chart alongside shows the total number of visitors in the centre, with the circumference broken into colored segments that illustrate the difference in the number of visits by known and unknown candidates.

Heatmap tables
The last two components on the Jobs reports page are tables that use shading to indicate the most popular times for candidates to view and start job applications.
Popularity of Job Views
This heatmap illustrates the most popular times for candidates viewing jobs. A darker color is used for more popular times, while a lighter color is used for less popular times. The times displayed are local to the time zone of the company.
