Measuring the effectiveness of social recruiting

Recruitment Marketing Public

Calculating ROI in social recruiting is an important function for any talent acquisition team. Recruitment Marketing gives you the tools to do just that.

The platform’s robust analytics feature delivers data on which social networks are delivering the most candidates to your recruiting content, how many of those candidates are converting into applicants - even how many of those candidates, per each social network, have gone on to be successful.

To measure the effectiveness of your social recruiting efforts at a campaign level and/or at an individual landing page level, please follow the steps below.

Viewing all traffic data from social networks

  2. Click the Traffic tab.

  3. Enter a Date Range to filter by.

  6. Below the Top Sources table header, click Traffic filters to display more options.

  7. From the Filter by drop down, select either:
    • First visit - to look at the source of the candidate’s first visit only, or

  8. From the Traffic channel drop down, select Social Networks.
  9. Select the All views (including all page views within a session) checkbox if required.
