Discussion Conversion

The section shows how visitors who viewed an EC discussion progressed through the recruitment journey. It highlights the number of visitors, how many became potential candidates, how many started or completed an application, and where available, how many ultimately became candidates or hires. This KPI helps you understand the downstream impact that discussion engagement has on your application pipeline.
