Configuring a Row

To configure a row, click on the colored Edit icon in the top right of the row. Once the modal opens, you can configure the following attributes:

  • Number of columns: Columns default to equal widths, which can be adjusted in the block settings for each column.

Block Types

Each block type has its own specific configuration options, but all blocks have the following common options:

  • Column width can be used when you have multiple columns in a row, and you want to have differing widths.
    • The column widths across all the blocks in a row should add up to 100 to ensure correct spacing.
  • Vertical alignment controls the vertical-align CSS property of the block.
  • Padding can be set around the block.
  • CSS classes can be added to the block.

  • Image URL: When used, sets the image to be a clickable link.
  • Image description: Sets the alt text of the image. If none is set, an automated alt text will be used.
  • Image width and height: Can be used to reduce the size of the image within the email.

Use this block to display a list of jobs, each job in the list will include the title, location, summary, and a link. If you wish to hide any of these, it can be done using CSS in the email theme. The number of jobs included in the list can be set, and there are three options for the source of the jobs.

Option 1: Jobs automatically recommended to the candidate

These are jobs based on that individual candidate's previous behavior. If a candidate has never viewed a job, the latest jobs will be used.

Option 2: Job alerts that the candidate has signed up to

These are new jobs that are relevant to a candidate based on their Job Alert sign up details. This should only be added to job alert emails. If used in any other type of email, nothing will be rendered in the list

Option 3: Jobs filtered by criteria

These are jobs that meet specific criteria, for example, you might wish to show a list of New York City-based jobs only. For help building your job list criteria, refer to Campaign job criteria.
