Recruitment Marketing Public

Job categories, category groups and department names are pulled into Recruitment Marketing automatically as part of the ATS integration.

The information from the ATS is automatically replicated within the Recruitment Marketing system and can be configured to appear on your career site's job search page.

It is possible to map the display name for these data points from your ATS to how you would like them to appear to the public. This gives you more control over your career site content and makes it easier for visitors to your site to search for and identify the jobs most relevant to them. This can be done via the company settings option for the relevant data.

Job categories

1. From the side menu, under Company click Settings.
2. Under Jobs click Job categories.
3. On the Job categories page, a list of job categories will be displayed. Additionally, the number of ATS integrations attached to that particular category will be shown in the ATS Sources column.
   
4. Clicking the number under the ATS Sources heading will show you the ATS integrations which are related to that particular category, along with the original ATS name and unique identifier:
   
5. Back on the main Job Categories page, click the edit icon (pencil) under the Actions menu. This will allow you to change the display name (which will be shown on your career site), as well as determine the visibility of the item.:
   
6. Click the Save button to keep any changes.
7. Refresh the job search page on your career site to see any changes reflected.

Job category groups

Category groups, which are currently only available for customers of the PageUp Recruitment Management module, are a higher level grouping of categories.

1. From the side menu, under Company click Settings.
2. Under Jobs click Job category groups.
3. On the Job category groups page, a list of job category groups will be displayed. Additionally, the number of ATS integrations attached to that particular category group will be shown in the ATS Sources column.
   
4. Clicking the number under the ATS Sources heading will show you the ATS integrations which are related to that particular category group, along with the original ATS name and unique identifier:
   
5. Back on the main Job Category Group page, click the edit icon (pencil) under the Actions menu. This will allow you to change the display name (which will be shown on your career site), as well as determining the visibility of the item.:

Job departments

3. On the Job departments page, the following list will display. Additionally, the number of ATS integrations attached to that particular department will be shown in the ATS Sources column.
