This guide will walk you through the process of integrating your Fountain account with Recruitment Marketing.

To add the new integration:

1. From the side menu, under Integrations, click ATS.
2. Click the New button.
3. Click the Fountain logo.
4. Complete the form details:
   1. Name: Provide a descriptive name of the integration.
   2. API Key: Enter the API Key obtained from your Fountain system.
   3. How is the "Apply URL" constructed?: Select the appropriate option. Usually "Read the apply URL from the ATS Job data".
   4. How are remote jobs identified?: Select the appropriate option, and then specify how to identify the jobs by completing the next two fields.
      1. Regex to Match Remote Job Locations: Enter the appropriate regex to match how fully remote jobs are identified.
      2. Regex to Match Hybrid Job Locations: Enter the appropriate regex to match how hybrid remote jobs are identified.
   5. Identify hidden jobs using a jobs criteria: Enter the jobs criteria query to identify hidden jobs. For information on creating the query, refer to Campaign job criteria.
   6. How often do you want to read jobs from the ATS?: Usually set to "Every 1 hour".
   7. How often do you want to read candidate data from the ATS?: Usually set to "Every 1 hour".
   8. Import unknown candidates: Select this option to import candidates in the ATS who are not currently known to your Recruitment Marketing CRM database.
   9. Sync application resumes: Select this option to import resumes (where available) that have been uploaded to the ATS during the application process.
5. Click the Save button to complete the integration.

With the Fountain ATS integration in place, your jobs will now be live and searchable on your Recruitment Marketing careers site, and candidate status updates will be available within the CRM database.
