If your ATS does not have a feed of jobs or an API, a short term solution is for our partners, AspenTech, to screenscrape your jobs website and convert it to a feed format that Recruitment Marketing understands. To add the new integration:

1. From the side menu, under Integrations click ATS.
2. Click the New button.
3. Click the AspenTech logo.
4. Complete the form details:
   • Name
   • Get Jobs URL - the URL to the RSS feed
     

   • How are remote jobs identified? - select the field used to identify remote jobs

   • Regex to match remote job locations - enter the regular expression to identify fully remote jobs

   • Regex to match hybrid job locations - enter the regular expression to identify hybrid remote jobs

   • Identify hidden jobs using a jobs criteria
     
   • How often do you want to read jobs from the ATS
   • File encoding - Import can fail due to non UTF-8 responses, setting the file encoding to ISO-8859-1 may solve this.
5. Click the Save button to complete the integration.

Due to the unpredictable nature of screenscraping, data quality is sometimes reduced. In contrast to most of our ATS integrations, Recruitment Marketing cannot pull in and relay candidate statuses using the screenscrape approach.
