Recruitment Marketing Public
This guide will walk you through the process of integrating your Oracle HCM account with Recruitment Marketing.
Setup in Oracle HCM
Before setting up the integration within Recruitment Marketing, you will need to have an administrator of your Oracle HCM system create API credentials which have access to the Recruiting endpoints in the Oracle Fusion REST API.
For information on the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM API, refer to Oracle's developer documentation available here.
Setup in Recruitment Marketing
- From the side menu, under Integrations click ATS.
- Click the New button.
- Click the Oracle HCM logo.
- Complete the form details:
- Name: Enter a description name for this integration.
- API host name: Obtained from Oracle.
- Public site host name: Obtained from Oracle, and used to redirect candidates to the application process in the ATS.

With your Oracle HCM integration in place, your jobs will now be live and searchable on your Recruitment Marketing careers site. Utilising our templating feature, a branded job page will be automatically generated for each job. These pages will automatically update to reflect any changes made to the job description content in the ATS.
Job Data Integration
When enabled, the job data integration will pull in the following job data (where available) from Oracle HCM:
- Job title
- Job description
- Apply URL
- Employment type
- Remote job
- Job location(s).
Candidate Data Integration
When enabled, the candidate data integration will pull in the following candidate data (where available) from Oracle HCM:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Employment history (if available)
- Candidate documents (if available)
- Job application statuses.
The system can optionally be configured to parse the candidate's resume document to extract education and employment history.
