It is easy to create and add tags to candidate records, and to build both smart and static lists using those tags.
To do this:
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Candidates.
- From the right side, click to expand the Columns panel.
- Ensure the Tags option is selected.
- On the left side of the page, click the Filters button to display the section
- Click on the Candidate section.
- In here, click the checkbox next to Tags, and then choose your tag(s) from the drop-down list. For related information, see Understanding filter conditions for details.
- Once you have selected your tag(s), click Done and then click on Apply.

Above the Candidate Grid, click the drop-down arrow, then click Select All to choose all candidates in the list.
- In the Bulk Actions bar, click Add to new list.
- Enter a name for the list.
- Click Add.
Note:
Candidates can also be added to an existing static list using the relevant option in the Actions bar, as shown above.
