Creating a list using candidate tags

It is easy to create and add tags to candidate records, and to build both smart and static lists using those tags.

To do this:

  1. From the side menu, under CRM, click Candidates.
  2. From the right side, click to expand the Columns panel.
  3. Ensure the Tags option is selected.

  4. On the left side of the page, click the Filters button to display the section
  5. Click on the Candidate section.
  6. In here, click the checkbox next to Tags, and then choose your tag(s) from the drop-down list. For related information, see Understanding filter conditions for details.
  7. Once you have selected your tag(s), click Done and then click on Apply.

  8. Above the Candidate Grid, click the drop-down arrow, then click Select All to choose all candidates in the list.

  9. In the Bulk Actions bar, click Add to new list.

  10. Enter a name for the list.
  11. Click Add.

Note:

Candidates can also be added to an existing static list using the relevant option in the Actions bar, as shown above.
