Configuring candidate list columns

There is a wealth of data available in the Recruitment Marketing module.

The candidate grid makes it easy for you to determine both the quantity and type of data that’s visible to you at once. You can edit the grid view as follows:

  1. From the side menu, under CRM click Candidates. 
  2. By default the following columns display:
    • Name
    • Contact
    • Resumes
    • Employer
    • Job Title
    • Industry
    • Recent Location - This is the location that corresponds to the most recent IP address recorded when the candidate viewed a page.
    • Active During
    • Interaction
    • Visit Count
    • Jobs Applied
    • Active During
  3. From the right side, click to expand the Columns panel to view a full list of all the different column types available.

  4. Select / deselect a checkbox to include / exclude that item from the grid view. This will update the display automatically.

Note: To revert to the default column settings, mouse hover a column heading to click the settings icon then Reset Columns.
