Configuring candidate CRM grid settings

The Recruitment Marketing module gathers extensive candidate data, which the candidate grid helps you utilize to meet your talent acquisition goals.

Since useful information varies by team member, you can customize the candidate grid to display the data you need. Your column settings are personal, and colleagues can independently adjust their grids to suit their requirements.

Configuration

The candidate grid is accessed in various ways depending on the activity you are performing, but the most common way would be via the Candidates under the CRM section of the side menu.

Configuring visible columns

To configure the display of the columns within the candidate grid:

  1. Click the Columns button above the grid.

  2. The list of available columns will be shown, with a toggle switch indicating which columns are currently configured to be displayed.
  3. By default, the following columns display:
    1. Name
    2. Contact
    3. Resumes
    4. Employer
    5. Job Title
    6. Industry
    7. Recent Location: This is the location that corresponds to their most recent interaction with the career site.
    8. Interaction
    9. Visit Count
    10. Calls to action
  4. Toggle the switch against each option to determine which columns are shown to you.

  5. Your selections are automatically saved when you toggle the switch.

Additional settings

There are a number of additional settings available to you to personalize your interaction with the candidate grid.

  1. To access additional settings, click the Actions button and select Settings from the list.

  2. The following settings are available for you to set:
    1. Page Size: Choose how many candidates you'd like to see per results page.
    2. Grid filters should include archived jobs: Set whether the filters you choose should include archived jobs.
    3. Grid filters should include archived CTAs: Set whether the filters you choose should include archived CTAs.
    4. Grid filters should include archived form field options: Set whether the filters you choose should include archived form field options.
  3. Click Save to retain your selections.
