Clinch, recruitment marketing makes it easy to add your candidates to the CRM. New candidates either individually or in bulk. This article outlines the steps to create a new candidate manually.

New Candidate

To manually create a new candidate profile, please follow the below steps.

  1. From the side menu, under CRM click Candidates.
  2. Click Actions
  3. Select New candidate

  4. Enter an email address or phone number
  5. Complete other fields as required
  6. Click Save

The candidate profile will then be displayed. 

Multiple new candidates

When you have a list of multiple candidates you wish to include, you are able to import a list of candidates from a CSV file or your ATS.

Candidate Consent

After the creation of a candidate, when Data Protection Rules & Candidate Anonymization is enabled, candidate profiles will show an alert requiring you to request candidate consent.
