Recruitment Marketing simplifies the process of adding candidates to the system. Whether you are adding new candidates one at a time or importing multiple candidates simultaneously, the system is designed to accommodate both methods efficiently. This article provides a detailed guide on how to manually create a new candidate profile within the CRM, ensuring that you can easily manage your recruitment pipeline and keep your candidate data organized and up to date.
Manually adding a new candidate
To manually create a new candidate profile:
- From the side menu, under CRM, click Candidates.
- From the top right corner, click Actions.
- Click New candidate.
- Enter the candidate's details.
- Click Save.
The candidate profile will then be displayed.
Adding multiple new candidates
When you have a list of multiple candidates you wish to include, you can import a list of candidates from a CSV file or your ATS. For details on how to add multiple new candidates, see Manually importing candidates for further details.
Candidate Consent
Once a candidate is created and Data Protection Rules & Candidate Anonymization is enabled, you will see an alert on the candidate profile.
Candidates added manually won't be marked as having given consent to store their information or be contacted. You must send them a consent email to confirm their agreement. For more information, see Candidate Consent.
