Configuring Company Details

Recruitment Marketing Public

The Company details page allows you to configure information that is used across the entire careers site. 

To set or update your company details:

  1. Log in to the Recruitment Marketing system.
  2. From the side menu, under Company, click Settings.
  3. Under the Company section, click on Company details.
  4. Complete the following information as appropriate:
    1. Name: Enter the name of your careers site.
    2. Company slug: Enter the name that will be used during testing for the careers site URL before the creation of a production domain name.
    3. Site name: Enter the name of your site that you would like to appear on the search engine listing.
    4. Logo: Upload your company logo to be used on the careers site.
    5. Favicon: Upload the favicon to be used on the careers site.
    6. Date format: Select the preferred date format, which should be used when dates are displayed on your careers site, jobs, blogs, and in email blocks.
    7. Time zone: Select the default time zone for your careers site.
    8. Time format: Select the preferred time display format, which should be used when times are displayed on your careers site and in email blocks.
    9. Country: Select the default country for your careers site.
    10. Display currency: Select the default display currency for this company.
  5. Click the Save button.
