This guide will walk you through the process of integrating your Workable account with Recruitment Marketing.

To add the new integration:

1. From the side menu, under Integrations click ATS.
2. Click the New button.
3. Click the Workable logo.
4. Complete the form details:
   • Name - provide a descriptive name of the integration
     
   • Access Token - enter the access token obtain from your Workable system
     
   • Subdomain - enter your Workable subdomain
   • How often do you want to read jobs from the ATS - select the appropriate value
     
   • How often do you want to read candidate data from the ATS - select the appropriate value
   • Import unknown candidates - select this option to import candidates in the ATS who are not currently known to your Recruitment Marketing CRM database
   • Sync application resumes - select this option to import resumes (where available) which have been uploaded to the ATS during the application process.
5. Click the Save button to complete the integration.

With the Workable ATS integration in place, your jobs will now be live and searchable on your Recruitment Marketing careers site, and candidate status updates will be available within the CRM database.
