Overview

Our Generative AI Powered content Assistant (AI Assistant) gives you a significant helping hand in producing powerful and authentic content. Backed by a large language model (LLM), the AI Assistant makes it easier for you to create content for your career sites, email campaigns, FAQs and more to help attract the best talent.

Building on the Recruitment Marketing suite's existing range of AI capabilities, the AI Assistant is present across various aspects of content generation including blog posts, web pages (page builder), email and SMS campaigns, FAQs and jobs pages.

Using the AI Assistant

You can use the AI Assistant by clicking on the button in the top navigation bar as shown on the screenshot below. The AI assistant is available in areas of the system where you are editing content, and when enabled, it will be shown as per below. In areas of the system where there's no content editing, the button will be disabled.

When you click on the AI Assistant button, a side panel will appear containing all the actions that are relevant to the type of content you are creating or editing. Only actions which are relevant to the specific type of content are shown for example, the "SEO keywords" action is included on web pages and blogs, but not on the email editor since it is not relevant in that area. There are currently 6 different AI-powered actions available on our AI assistant: Rewrite, Proofread, Title, Summary, SEO Keywords, and Social Posts.

Rewrite

The "Rewrite" action helps you rewrite a text on a specific tone and a maximum length. Simply type or paste a text on the input textbox, choose the "Tone" from the drop-down menu (the style you wish the content to be written in, for example, Casual, Descriptive, Technical etc) and select a maximum length for your text. Then click on the "Generate" button, the LLM might take a few seconds to come back. The response will be shown in the Generated Copy textbox and you can use the "Copy" button to copy this text.

In the Text Length menu, you will see both word count and character count. The character count lengths are recommended for chat messages/SMS campaigns.

Proofread

The "Proofread" action allows you to check your content for grammar mistakes, typos and errors. The AI Assistant will return a corrected copy of your text. You can find that under the "Proofread copy" tab. To help you identify what has changed in the text, we provide you with another copy where the changes will be highlighted in a colour-coded manner; red for deletions and green for additions. You can find this version under the "View changes" tab.

Title

The "Title" action helps you find the right title for your blog post, your web page or your email. You only need to type a description of the content on the top textbox and the LLM will generate a number of options for you.

Summary

To use the "Summary" action you only need to click on "Generate". This action is designed to take the text from the page you are on, for example, a blog post you are creating, and summarise it for you without changing the tone.

SEO Keywords

The "SEO Keywords" action (Search Engine Optimisation keywords) works similarly to the Summary action. All you need to do is click on "Generate" to get a list of keywords or "keyphrases" that you can use for your site. These suggestions will be based on the content of the page you are on.

Social Posts

The "Social Posts" action creates a short text with a number of hashtags that you can use on your company's social media to promote your site or your new blog post. When you click on "Generate" you will get a short text based on the content of the page you are on.
