Recruitment Marketing Public
Recruitment Marketing supports a number of standard job requisition / posting fields, such as categories, locations, title, summary etc.
On occasions, customers may have a business need to record additional information against the job with the Recruitment Marketing system, and Job Template fields allow customers to create a number of additional fields which can be used to store data that is specific to that particular customer.
Job template fields can either be standard string fields (10 available) or alternatively, they can be dropdown fields (15 available).
Whilst job template fields can be populated manually, they are usually automatically populated via a customer's ATS integration using the ATS Field Mappings functionality.
