Recruitment Marketing Public
Global Auth (OAuth) has been introduced within Recruitment Marketing as a centralized method to manage users and their passwords. It enables Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality across PageUp services and centralizes identity management for your organization.
Tip:
Using PageUp ATS?: If your organization uses both PageUp ATS and Recruitment Marketing, then PageUp ATS Superusers can sign in to view the Global Authentication & Single Identity Overview article for related details.
New Users
Once new users have been added within a Global Auth (OAuth) environment, you can invite them to the system as needed using the "Send password setup email" (paper aeroplane) icon action.
For further details on adding new users and the invitation process, see Recruitment Marketing: User Accounts.
Once the invitation email is sent, an on-screen confirmation banner will appear. Upon receiving the email, the user will be prompted via a link to set up their password.
Signing In
Navigate to your standard login page and enter your email address:
- US: https://app.clinchtalent.com/
- AUS: https://rec-marketing.dc2.pageuppeople.com/
- UK/EU: https://rec-marketing.dc3.pageuppeople.com/
Once entered, the system automatically verifies your email address and redirects you to your organization's sign-in page.
Due to this automatic redirection, the following sign-in URLs are redundant and no longer used:
https://rec-marketing.dc2.pageuppeople.com/auth/user/password/sign_inhttps://rec-marketing.dc3.pageuppeople.com/auth/user/password/sign_in
If your Recruitment Marketing portal uses SAML, you may continue to log in using your usual method.
FAQ
Why can I still see the "Send password setup email" (paper aeroplane) icon for a user that has logged in?
This icon is not exclusive to users who have never logged in. It triggers a "set your password" email, and administrators can use it both for onboarding new users and for issuing password reset links to existing users.
