Changing your Recruitment Marketing password

If accessing the module via PageUp Admin, or for user passwords for the other PageUp modules, refer to Users.

For security reasons, PageUp does not know nor store anyone's password.

If you have forgotten your password or simply wish to change it, complete the following:

1. At the Sign in page, click the Forgot Password link.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter your Email.
3. Click the Send me reset password instructions button.
4. If the entered email address exists in the database, you will receive a password recovery link at your email address in a few minutes.
5. Check your inbox for a password reset email similar to the one below:
   
   
   
   
6. Click the Change your password link in the email.
7. Enter a New password.
8. Enter it again to Confirm new password.
9. Click the Change my password button.
   A confirmation message displays stating Your password was changed successfully.
