Jobs Near Me is the candidate geolocation feature that allows candidates fast access to a collection of jobs the system recognizes as being near their current location. Not only does it enhance the candidate experience by making it that much more personalized, because the location information also maps to the candidate's individual record in the CRM, this now allows for targeted marketing and communications based on location, too.

The feature is on by default, appearing alongside a job search field (below) or the full job search block:

When a candidate clicks on the button and opts in to sharing their location when prompted by their browser pop-up, they will then be presented with a collection of jobs near their current location. In addition, the candidate's location information is sent to their CRM record as a recent location. The location is accurate to around 100 meters and is significantly more reliable than the IP geolocation process that occurred previously.

Disabling Jobs Near Me on a Job Search Form

If you do not wish to present your candidates with the option to view jobs near them, follow the steps below to disable the feature:

1. From the side menu, under Content, click Web Pages.
2. Click the name of the relevant web campaign.
3. Next to the relevant page, click the Edit icon.
4. On the page editor, hover over the Job Search Form block and click the Edit Block icon. 
   
5. In the Job Search Form modal, click the Enable "Jobs Near Me" checkbox to clear the selection.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Click the Publish button.
8. Click either the Publish or Publish and continue editing button to publish the recent changes.

To enable the Jobs Near Me feature again for the Job Search Form block, simply reverse the relevant set of actions above.

Disabling Jobs Near Me on a Job Search Results Block

1. From the side menu, under Content, click Web Pages.
2. Click the name of the relevant web campaign.
3. Next to the relevant page, click the Edit icon.
4. On the page editor, hover over the Job Search Results block, and click the Edit Block icon. 
   
5. In the Job Search Results modal, click the Enable "Jobs Near Me" checkbox to clear the selection.
6. Click the Save button.
7. Click either the Publish or Publish and continue editing button to publish the recent changes.

To enable the Jobs Near Me feature again for the Job Search Results block, simply reverse the relevant set of actions above.

Setting the default Jobs Near Me radius

1. From the side menu, under Company, click Settings.
2. In the Company settings page, under Candidate, click Candidate search.
3. Adjust the Default range for address and report searches range as required.
   
4. Click Save
