As part of our ongoing commitment to security & data protection, PageUp has deployed new SFTP servers.

Where your organisation retrieves or delivers files to our existing SFTP servers, we strongly encourage you to update your systems to connect to the new servers.

The new servers will incorporate;

• High availability infrastructure
• Stability improvements
• Support for the latest security ciphers

For most customers, the process of connecting to the SFTP server is managed by their IT or Integrations team. We request your help in ensuring that this notification gets to the relevant team within your organisation. PageUp will be deprecating the current SFTP servers at the end of November 2024. Customers who have not transitioned will be unable to connect after this time.

What’s changing

The SFTP server details you use to connect to PageUps LIVE and/or UAT.

• New SFTP server domain/hostname & associated host key
• New Port
• New Server IP Addresses for allowlisting
• New Support for RSA & ED25519 ciphers

What’s not changing

• Username & Password OR Certificate in LIVE or UAT.
• SFTP service used by PageUp to connect to customer hosted SFTP servers.

When will the change occur?

The new SFTP server is now available, you may complete your transition any time.

The old SFTP server will be decommissioned at the end of November 2024.

Do I need to coordinate with PageUp?

You will be able to complete the transition to the new SFTP servers without coordination with PageUp.
