Change Notice: PageUp Email Whitelisting - Additional IP Email Address

Public

PageUp has recently procured additional IP’s (167.89.16.129, 134.128.88.198, 134.128.88.229, 134.128.88.76, 134.128.89.116) for our email services. This will allow for increased capacity and provide additional redundancy. The new IPs have started to warm up, and therefore customers who undertake whitelisting may need to update their network settings to avoid emails being blocked by anti-spoofing policies.

To ensure that all emails are successfully delivered and to prevent disruptions, we highly recommend customers whitelist our email domains instead of strict IP validation. In the event that IT teams are unable to whitelist domains, then IP whitelisting can be used but is not recommended. Please ensure that your internal IT and security teams update your allowlists to include all of our active email delivery IP addresses and domains.

If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact PageUp support.

FAQs

What do I need to do?

Please contact your internal IT or IT security team to confirm that all active PageUp email domains and email delivery IP addresses are added to your organization's email allowlist. The complete, updated list of domains and IP addresses that must be whitelisted is available on our Knowledge Portal here. The newly added IPs are 167.89.16.129, 134.128.88.198, 134.128.88.229, 134.128.88.76, 134.128.89.116. If any emails are blocked, forwarding the error log to your IT team will help them verify that all IP addresses are properly permitted.

What may happen if no action is taken?

If network settings are not updated, email delivery from the new IP addresses may be impacted. Specifically, legitimate emails sent from the system, such as application updates, job approvals, or offer approvals, may be rejected, flagged as spoofed, or quarantined by anti-spoofing policies and mail servers.

Why does PageUp recommend domain listing?

Customers are encouraged to whitelist domains to ensure that if we add or remove IPs, there are minimal disruptions. If it isn’t possible to whitelist a domain, as a last measure, customers can whitelist individual IPs.
