Recruitment Marketing Public
Before using the features of the Sourcing Companion, you will need to log into your Recruitment Marketing user account.
Opening the Sourcing Companion
To open the Sourcing Companion when browsing any website on the internet, click the icon in your browser toolbar.
When you open the Sourcing Companion you will presented with a list of recently viewed candidates:
Searching for a candidate
When you are viewing a candidate on an external site, it would be helpful to know whether that candidate already exists within your Recruitment Marketing CRM database.
The Sourcing Companion makes this easy. Simply open up the Sourcing Companion, and enter the name, email address or phone number of the candidate you are viewing.
Any candidates within your CRM database who match will be returned, and you can view their details to identify the correct match.
As well as their person details, you'll be able to see a summary of their education and employment history, as well as a summary of the interactions that the candidate has had with your talent acquisition team.
Once you are happy that you have located the appropriate match, you can click their name to link through to their more detailed candidate profile, which will be shown directly within the Sourcing Companion.
Adding a new candidate
If the candidate you are viewing on the external site does not already exist within your Recruitment Marketing CRM database, you can add them into the database directly from the Sourcing Companion.
Simply complete the form as shown below, and click Add candidate.
As always, it is important to ensure that you have appropriate permission from the candidate to add them to the CRM before doing so.
Viewing a candidate profile
Once you select a candidate within the Sourcing Companion, you'll be presented with a summary profile within the browser extension.
From this view, you will be able to view the following information:
- Name and contact details
- Current position
- Location
- Interaction score
- Engagement information, including:
- Views by other members of the TA team
- Details of contacts with the candidate
- Membership of projects
- Details of job applications
- Membership of lists
As well as viewing information about the candidate, you can also make interact with the candidate by:
- Sending and receiving SMS messages
- Adding them to user triggered workflows (such as a email nurture campaign)
You can click the link in the green panel at the top of the profile to view their full profile within the Recruitment Marketing system. The profile will open in a new tab in your browser.
