Logging in to the Sourcing Companion

Once the Sourcing Companion is installed, you can open it by clicking the icon in your browser toolbar:

Opening for the first time

If you are opening the Sourcing Companion for the first time, you will need to select the region that hosts your Recruitment Marketing system.

If you are unsure of the correct region to select, please contact your system administrator.

If you select the incorrect region or need to change the region in the future, you can do so by clicking the settings option in the top right-hand corner of the Sourcing Companion.

Logging in to the Sourcing Companion

To use the Sourcing Companion, you need to be logged in to your user account with the Recruitment Marketing system.

If you are already logged into Recruitment Marketing in the same browser session, then you will be automatically logged into the Sourcing Companion.

If you are not already logged in to Recruitment Marketing, you will be presented with the following prompt:

Clicking the link on this prompt will open up the relevant Recruitment Marketing login page in a tab in your browser.

If you normally log in to the Recruitment Marketing system using your email address and password, go ahead and log in as normal. Once logged in, leave the tab open in your browser.

If you normally log in to the Recruitment Marketing system using your organisation's SSO, please follow your normal process to log in via SSO. Once logged in, leave the tab open in your browser.

Once you have successfully logged in to your Recruitment Marketing user account, click the icon in your browser toolbar to open the Sourcing Extension again.

You should now be presented with a list of recently viewed candidates.

Switching between companies

If you have access to multiple companies within your Recruitment Marketing system, you can switch to the appropriate company when using the Sourcing Companion via the settings option in the top right-hand corner.
