Due to enhanced telecommunications security protocols designed to safeguard users across Australia and the United Kingdom, new regulations have been introduced to block any SMS from non-registered Sender IDs from 1 June 2023.

PageUp has registered its SMS sender ID across both jurisdictions as NoReplyPUP which is a change from the previous NoReply format.

SMS sent from PageUp where no configuration override has been provided will be sent from NoReplyPUP as of 1 June 2023.

Recommendation

We recommend that you share with us an alternative organisation specific SMS from address so we may update it on your behalf to improve your applicant experience.

Alternative SMS from address must meet the following criteria:

• Be a phone number OR
• Text which is:
  • Reflective of your organisation name
    Note: HR or Recruitment is too generic, but PageUpHR is appropriate
  • 11 or less characters in length
  • Is alphanumeric only a-z, A-Z, 0-9 with no special characters
