This article outlines the functionalities available to Insiders and external site visitors. Insiders can access all discussions, including unpublished and live chat discussions. They can also search for specific terms, with results showing unanswered and live discussions. External visitors can view all published discussions without restrictions and use a search bar to find specific questions or topics, filtering results by category. This setup ensures both insiders and visitors can efficiently navigate and utilize the platform's discussion features.

Insiders

When conducting searches within Discussions as an insider, you will have access to unanswered discussions and live chat discussions that have not yet been published.

Insiders can access All Discussions by navigating to:

1. From the top menu, click My account.
2. Click Dashboard.
3. From the side menu, click Discussions.
4. Scroll to and click All Discussions.

Insiders will also be able to utilize the search functionality to search for specific terms. However, unanswered discussions and live chat discussions will appear within these results as well.

External site visitors

All discussions

Any visitors to the public-facing website will be able to view all published discussions on the platform by navigating from the Menu, then Discussions. Despite being separated by pages, there is no restriction on the number of discussions that may be displayed within this section.

Searching as a site visitor

Visitors to the public-facing website will have the capability to search for specific questions, job titles or topics by utilizing the search bar located at the top of the page. The option to search using the entered text will consistently be the first suggestion provided.

Once the search has returned results, users will be able to filter by Category.
