What is a one time password?

One time passwords (OTP) are a secure login method. The user provides their email and receives a one time code to their email inbox, which is then used to enter the website. A one time password removes the need for a user to remember a password, as the code is unique each time.

How can I disable OTP?

  1. Log into the employee connections admin portal.
  2. Navigate to Platform Settings.
  3. Click on Platform Personalisation.
  4. Untoggle the One Time Password options for Platform, Live Chat and Client Portal.
  5. Hit Save.
