What is the review date?

Each time there is a new reply to a question, the review date at the top of a question is also updated. This helps keep the content looking fresh for new candidates.

Sometimes adding a new comment might not be needed, but the content is still relevant to a company. This can lead to the content looking outdated. 

We have created the ability to set the review date to today's date, without the need for a new reply. 

How to update the review date 

Update the question directly

  1. As a logged-in admin, navigate to a single discussion.
  2. Click the More actions button at the top.
  3. Click Update review date.

The review date will be updated to today's date.

Update multiple questions at once

  1. As a logged-in admin, navigate to My Dashboard by clicking on My account.
  2. On the left panel click Outdated questions.
  3. Select all questions that should be updated.
  4. Scroll down and click the Update selected questions button.
Note: Due to Google's limitations it can take up to a few weeks to update the date on googles search engine.
