Recruitment Marketing
Public
Job category / department names are pulled into Recruitment Marketing automatically as part of the ATS sync. By default, when they appear on your career site's job search page, for example, they replicate what has been entered in the ATS.
It is possible to map the departments from your ATS to how you would like them to appear to the public - giving you more control over your career site content, and making it easier for visitors to your site to search for and identify the jobs most relevant to them.
Depending on what your company is using, refer to either the sections below on Job categories or Job departments, or both.
Job categories
- From the side menu, under Company click Settings.
- Under Jobs click Job categories.
- On the Job categories page, a list of job categories will display with the original Category String (ATS Name) for reference and to assist in checking that you are updating the correct record.
