Accessing Next Gen Position Descriptions (PD)

Syncing Users to Next Gen PD
To sync / add new users from PageUp Admin:
- From the side menu, click Users.
- Next to their record, click Edit.
- In the Enable Automated User Import to Next Gen PD field, enter: yes.
- Click Save to keep the changes, which will take effect within 15 minutes.
To make a user inactive preventing them from logging in to Next Gen PD, at Step 3 enter no.
The default value for the Enable Automated User Import to Next Gen PD field is:
- For the currently synced users in Next Gen PD, enter yes.
- For the inactive users (users that are not synced) , leave the field empty.
