ER Module reporting

Public

Below is some module specific information when using the new Enhanced Reporting solution. Like the reporting platform itself, this is a work in progress.

Recruitment

Working days open - excluding weekends and/or hold days

The Job Explores (Jobs, Job via Position, Job via Sourcing) have fields specifically for you to report on days open, as well as hold days. These fields go one step further than just reporting on the difference between 2 dates, and can, depending on configuration also exclude weekends and hold days from these counts.

  • No. of days open
Days between Job Added Date (or Created) and Job Filled Date. Uses today's date for calculation if Job is not yet filled.
  • No. of hold days
Days between Job Hold Day Start and Job Hold Day End.
  • Working days open
Similar to No. of days open, except this one excludes Saturday and Sunday.
  • Working days on hold
Similar to No. of hold days, except this one excludes Saturday and Sunday.

The number which is returned in the Days Since Job Open can also be customised according to your preferences.

This is controlled in System settings via the setting Time to fill.

  • If Exclude Weekends and Exclude Hold Days are both Yes, then the value is calculated as Working days open - Working days on hold
  • If Exclude Weekends only is Yes, then the value will be same as Working days open
  • If Exclude Hold Days only is Yes, then the value is calculated as No. of days open - No. of hold days
  • If both are No, then the value is same as No. of days open.

Days Offer Open (Job Approved to Offer Accepted) - excludes weekends and hold days

The Job Explores (Job, Jobs via Position, Jobs via Sourcing) contains the field Days Offer Open (Job Approved to Offer Accepted) for you to report on. This field calculates the days between when a Job is approved to when the Offer is accepted and depending on System settings (via the setting Time to fill), it will exclude weekends and hold days.

Performance

Reporting on employees without a performance review

In Legacy Report Builder reporting, you could add a filter Performance review equals No Review, to focus on employees without any reviews.

To achieve this in Enhanced Reporting, create a report based on Performance. In Explore mode, add the Performance review measure field, Total Reviews as a filter. Set this to equal 0.

Add any additional fields and filters as required. Click the Run button to view the outcome.

Alternatively, to focus on a specific review process:

  1. In Enhanced Reporting create a report based on Performance.
  2. From the side menu, find the Total Reviews measure field.
  3. Mouse hover the field, click the More icon then Filter Measure.

  4. In the Edit custom measure pop up:
    • enter a Name
    • under Filters select the Review process field Performance review and set the criteria is not, and enter the relevant process.

  5. Click the Save button and the field will display in the Data section.
  6. Add the Performance review measure field, Total Reviews as a filter and set it to equal 0.
  7. Click the Run button to view the outcome.
